TRELLIS was founded by Dr. Angela Cataldo, a Boston-based licensed clinical psychologist. She utilizes her psychological expertise and local network of wellness practitioners to provide you with the support, structure, and knowledge that will allow you to thrive in the face of life’s challenges and complexities.

About Dr. Cataldo
Dr. Angela Cataldo received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from William James College in 2023 and was licensed in Massachusetts in 2024.
Since 2018, Dr. Cataldo has trained in a variety of clinical settings - including primary care, behavioral medicine, addiction, neuropsychology, school counseling, and outpatient programs. Dr. Cataldo’s dissertation focused on the relationship between motivation to follow a plant-based diet and diet adherence. As a result of these diverse experiences, Dr. Cataldo has adopted an integrative approach to therapeutic work with an emphasis on holistic wellness.
Born and raised in the Greater Boston area, Dr. Cataldo is deeply connected to her Boston community. Her understanding of cultural contexts was broadened during her years spent living in South Carolina and Oregon, and working with the communities there.
Outside of TRELLIS, Dr. Cataldo is a lover of yoga, coffee, hiking, travel, writing, reading - and of course, her dogs!
