Choose a Session Structure that best fits your needs

Insight Track

  • Therapy sessions are less structured and more flexible, like traditional talk therapy.

  • Build a strong, supportive relationship with your therapist as you deepen your self-understanding, process emotions and stress as they come up, and enhance your coping skills.

Skills Track

  • Therapy sessions are highly structured with daily “homework” between sessions.

  • Sessions are dedicated to learning and practicing a variety of specific skills and strategies, aimed at restructuring your thought patterns and calming your nervous system.

Step 2:

Determine which Session Length & Location fits your lifestyle

Session Length

45 minutes: $275

60 minutes: $300

90 minutes: $350

45-minute and 60-minute sessions are available on a weekly basis. These sessions are designed to help you build gradual, sustainable progress over the long-term. Some clients come to weekly therapy for a few months, others come to weekly therapy for years.

90-minute sessions are considered intensives. Intensives are a great option for those looking for deeper work with an overall shorter time commitment.

Payment

Trellis is a self-pay practice and accepts payments via credit card through our secure online platform. In-person clients also have the option to pay via check or cash.

Trellis does not accept insurance, but can provide documentation so you can request reimbursement from your insurance company.
